Ukon works with organizational and management development in both public and private companies. Their specialities are Successful management teams, Personal, leadership, Organizational development and change, Cross-border management among others. On some occasions they have asked me to design some isolated elements, as graphics or schemas that e.g. would be included in a book. On anothers it was necessary some communication and more informative design's pieces as a Pixi Book to be distributed at the conferences, or posters that Ukon would use with their clients in a workshop.
